Dr. Amit Kumar is an Assistant Professor at Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, and an Autonomous Institution affiliated to Anna University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and India. He has done his B.Tech, in Mechanical Engineering from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Maharashtra, India, MTech in Thermal and Fluid Engineering from NIT Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India and has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering within Thermal engineering at the NIT Durgapur of West Bengal, India. He has completed his research in Optimal Thermohydraulic performance of Winglet type Artificially Roughened Solar air Heater using Liquid crystal Thermography (LCT) approach. Prior to joining the Institution, Dr. Kumar gained 7 plus years of experience holding different academic and research responsibilities in different organizations. Dr. Kumar is an author of many book chapters published by reputed publishers such as Elsevier and many more. He has authored 42+ research papers which are published in reputed international journals indexed by SCI/ Scopus. He has presented his work in many international conferences and forums.
