Francesco Zirilli,born in Italy in 1949,is currently professor in the Dipartimento di Matematica G.Castelnuovo of Universita di Roma La Sapienza. Francesco Zirilli is a research scientist whose interests are concentrated in applied mathematics and in the solution of problems in science and engineering through mathematical modeling.He is the author or coauthor of over 150 papers published in refereed scientific journals and books.
