Ag. Director, Mama Ngina University College Campus a college campus of Moi University at Mutomo, Gatundu. As the director, I am responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of campus operations, including administration, budgeting and finance, overseeing academic programs implementation, human resource issues, quality management as well as student welfare.

Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology & Psychology, Moi University – Kenya. I have taught the following courses; Psychometrics, Methods of Psychological research, Forensic Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Psychopathology of development, Psychology of Human Behavior and Learning, Industrial & organizational psychology. At Masters and PhD level I have taught the following courses: Psychometrics, Advanced statistics, Health Promotion, Quantitative methods.
Responsibilities:
I am responsible for research and extension within the department. Among other tasks I coordinate research activities in the department and serve as a linkage between departmental faculty members and the school.
I am a supervisor and examiner of the post-graduates students in the School of Arts and School of Education.
