Biography:

Prof. Rajiv Dutta: Short Biography Prof. Dr. Rajiv Dutta a prolific researcher, an outstanding academician, and an able administrator is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology, London, and the Institute of Physics, London. Currently working as Dean (Research) and School of Bioengineering and Sciences (SBES) at Shobhit University, Gangoh, Dist.- Saharanpur, UP. He has earned M. Tech. in Biotechnology and Engineering from the Department of Chemical Engineering of IIT, Kharagpur, and a Ph.D. from BITS, Pilani and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration. He was also a Research Faculty at the Department of Biological Sciences at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He had received several awards including JCI Outstanding Young Person of India, ISBEM Dr. Ramesh Gulrajani Memorial Award 2006; Outstanding Researcher Award-2011 at Ion Channel Retreat, Vancouver; International Academic Excellence Award- 2021 by IIOR; Indo-Asian Education Excellence Award-2022 by IMRF, CV Raman Award-2023 for Outstanding Research by Institute of Researchers and the A P J Abdul Kalam Award-2023 by the Association of Researchers & Academicians (India). He is an Editorial Board Member or Reviewer for several journals including the American Journal of Plant Physiology, International Journal of Engineering, Physiology and Molecular Biology of Plants, Plant Cell Biotechnology and Molecular Biology, Journal of Eco-friendly Agriculture, Biomedical and Biotechnology Research Journal (BBRJ), Journal of Biotech Research (JBR), Research Journal of Pharmacy & Technology etc.
