Biography:

Fathollah Bistouni received a B.Sc. degree from Payame Noor University, Abhar, Iran, in 2011 and an M.Sc. degree from Qazvin Islamic Azad University, Qazvin, Iran, in 2014, both in IT engineering. He received his Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Engineering, Central Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran, in 2019.

Dr. Bistouni has been a Young Researchers and Elite club member since 2012. He serves as an editorial board member of the International Journal of Forensic Engineering (Inderscience Publishers) and a scientific committee member of several international conferences. Besides, he is a reviewer of many research papers submitted to IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley international journals, to name a few.
