Dr. Audace Amen V. D.-OLORY

Biography:

Audace Amen V. Dossou-Olory is currently a Senior Professor of Mathematics at both the Institut de Mathématiques et de Sciences Physiques (IMSP), and the Institut National de l’Eau (INE) of the University of Abomey-Calavi in Benin. Prior to his current position, Dr. Dossou-Olory was a Research Fellow at the University of Johannesburg (South Africa), where together with Professor Peter Dankelmann, they have worked on the quantification of graph invariants and the characterisation of extremal graph structures.
Dr. Dossou-Olory completed his PhD under the supervision of Professor Stephan Wagner at Stellenbosch University (South Africa), in the areas of Graph Theory and Combinatorics. He was one of the two winners of the Ibni Prize 2020, a research travel grant for young mathematicians from French speaking African countries, awarded every two years under the auspice of, among others, the Mathematical Society of France and the Centre International de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées.
