Biography:

Dr. Washa B. Washa a researcher in Plant anatomy and physiology, plant tissue culture, plant mycorrhizae, Mushrooms cultivation and medicinal plants. Dr Washa was born in 1965 in Tanzania and taught Biology and Chemistry in Tanzanian secondary schools from 1994-2007. Has a BSc with education (2004), MSc Biology (2007) and PhD Botany (2013) at the University of Dar es Salaam. Dr Washa was a TPC member in the 2nd Botany Conference. Dr. Washa is a Senior Lecturer in Botany at Mkwawa University College of Education, Biological sciences Department, a constituent College of the university of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
