Biography:

My name is Sarat Piridi, and I am a Solution Architect, Author, and IEEE Senior Member with over 14 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives through AI, Intelligent Automation, and Cloud Technologies. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the USA and have worked with some of the world’s leading organizations, including Microsoft, Facebook, Hanwha Qcells, Fidelity Investments, Silicon Valley Bank, the State of California, and DRDO.

I’m passionate about bridging industry and academia to create intelligent, scalable, and responsible technology solutions. I’m the author of GovOps 2.0: Modernizing Public Services with Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform (Apress, 2025), and have published and reviewed numerous research papers in areas such as AI-driven automation, RPA, data governance, and hyper automation.

As part of the global research community, I’ve served as a Reviewer and Technical Program Committee Member for several IEEE, Springer, and IGI Global conferences. My current focus is on Agentic AI architectures and the ethical use of AI in government and enterprise systems.
