Biography:
Dr. Alireza Goli (born on 29 September 1989) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Future Studies at the University of Isfahan. His research focuses on computational intelligence, meta-heuristic algorithms, and the optimization of sustainable supply chains, logistics, and renewable energy systems under uncertainty. He has authored more than 100 scientific publications and has been consistently recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Elsevier–Stanford University. With over 4,900 citations and an h-index of 42, Dr. Goli is ranked among the leading Iranian researchers in Management Science, Operations Research, and Decision Sciences. In addition to his research, he serves as an editorial board member and guest editor for several high-impact journals, including Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Tourism Research, Engineering Reports, and PLOS ONE. His research bridges theory and practice, developing innovative decision-making models that enhance efficiency, resilience, and sustainability in industrial systems.
