Yaqiao Li is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and AI, Shenzhen University of Advanced Technology (SUAT). He holds a BEng. in Computer Science and Engineering from ECUST, an MSc in Pure Mathematics from Peking University, and a PhD in Computer Science from McGill University, with postdoctoral experience at the University of Montreal and Concordia University. His research expertise is in theoretical computer science and centers on resource-constrained computation, spanning computational complexity, online algorithms, and related mathematics. He has published in top venues like Information and Computation, CCC, AAMAS, COCOON, Discrete Mathematics, and European J. Combin., etc, winning the ICDCN 2025 Best Paper Award for cloud computing research. He has served as Program Chair and PC for various international conferences.
