Prof. Shaohua Zhou

Biography:

Shaohua Zhou is a Professor and Executive Deputy Director of the Institute of Integrated Circuits at Zhongyuan University of Technology (preparing for Henan University of Electronic Science and Technology). He is a Senior Member of the China Communications Society and a selected "Science and Technology Deputy General Manager" of Henan Province. He was a visiting scholar at Gdansk University of Technology with Prof. Mrozowski (IEEE Fellow). His research focuses on AI‑assisted modeling and optimization of RF ICs.

He serves on editorial boards of the Microelectronics Journal (SCI) and the Journal of Test and Measurement Technology, and has chaired sessions at several international conferences. He also served as Program Chair for CTESP 2026.

Dr. Zhou has participated in over ten national projects and leads multiple industry‑funded projects. He has published 30+ SCI papers as first/corresponding author in five years, with five receiving top distinctions. His work was named among China's Top Ten Semiconductor Advances in 2024, and he holds over 80 patents with technology transfer generating RMB 638 million in output. He has authored one monograph and one book chapter. He has received the First Prize of the Henan Electronics Society Award (2025).
