Biography:

In the domestic academic circles, I paid attention to the topic of knowledge hiding earlier, and published papers on Journal of Organizational Behavior (ABS-4), Journal of Business Ethics (one of the top 50 business school journals of Financial Times). Ten academic papers have been published (including acceptance) in internationally renowned SSCI journals such as FT-50 and Human Resource Management Journal (ABS-4), as well as in important domestic journals such as Foreign Economics and Management and Management Review. Among them, there were 4 ABS-4/ABDC-A/JCR-Q1 papers, 1 Class A journal paper (NSFC-A) recognized by the Management Science Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 1 paper was reprinted in full by the photocopying materials of Renmin University of China. My work focus on knowledge hiding, one paper published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior was won by Catherine E. from McMaster University in Canada, deputy editor of Human Relations. Professor Connelly’s citation and positive evaluation: The applicant's research results have found important ananthems of organizational knowledge hiding, expanded social identity theory and applied scenarios, and provided important inspiration for knowledge hiding research [citation: This paper has implications for knowledge hiding research.... it also contributes to the knowledge hiding literature... 】
