Title: Sensing-transducing coupled smart textiles for self-powered wearable biomonitoring

Abstract:

Aiming at tackling the bottleneck of polymer ceramic piezoelectric composites such as low crystallinity and weak spontaneous polarization, high-throughput phase field simulation combined with machine learning were employed to unravel the structure-function relationship between the microscopic morphology of energy conversion materials and macroscopic material properties. A matrix prediction model was proposed to correlate the mechanical and electrical coupling efficiency with ceramic phase structure/components in order to guide and optimize the design and preparation of ceramic-polymer nanocomposite materials. In addition, an all-trans molecular configuration manipulation strategy based on the anchoring effect of Ti3C2Tx MXene was proposed. Combining molecular dynamics calculation and phase field simulation, the mechanism of hydrogen bond induced domain evolution of fluoropolymers on the surface of Ti3C2Tx was elucidated and verified from both microscopic and mesoscopic scales. The piezoelectric response of polyvinylidene fluoride composite nanofiber is increased by 196%, and human motion monitoring, gait recognition and early screening of metatarsal disease can be carried out in all aspects and with zero power consumption, which provides a low-cost, lightweight and reliable method for personalized mobile medical treatment.
