Title: Air-stable organoantimony compounds in cross-coupling reactions
Abstract:
Organometallic compounds
are widely used coupling reagents, but their limitations, such as sensitivity
to air and water, have hindered their further application in highly
functionalized complex substrate synthesis. Therefore, the development of new
water-resistant and oxygen-resistant organometallic coupling reagents is of great
significance. Our research group utilized water-resistant and oxygen-resistant
organoantimony chloride as a raw material and synthesized a series of
arylstibines, alkynlstibines, alkylstibines, and stibines sulfide compounds
through nickel, copper, zinc, and other inexpensive transition metal catalyzed
or mediated methods. These synthesized organoantimony compounds were used as
coupling reagents, effectively solving the problem of highly selective and
efficient synthesis of biphenyl compounds, biphenyl methane derivatives, and
diene and triene compounds with similar functional groups and polarities.[1-5]
