Title: Application of Fuzzy Soft and Interval Valued Fuzzy Soft Matrices in Dimension Reduction and Medical Diagnosis

Abstract:

There are different techniques used in decision making problems. Many researchers used fuzzy sets, soft sets and fuzzy soft sets in handling data with ambiguous or imprecise information. Arrangement of data in Matrices is an important technique to handle such problems. Researchers focused on the use of fuzzy matrices and fuzzy soft matrices in decision making problems.

In the proposed keynote address, fuzzy soft and interval valued fuzzy soft matrices are defined with examples. The application of fuzzy soft matrix in data dimension reduction by geometric mean approach is explained. Geometric mean method for interval valued fuzzy soft matrix is described. A method is also proposed to study Sanchez’s approach for medical diagnosis through geometric mean of interval valued fuzzy soft matrix.
