Title: Principles, Methods and Nanofibrous Materials based on Large-scale Electrospinning Processes
Abstract:
Electrospinning based nanofiber materials are drawing more and more attentions in recent years, many enterprises have invested to produce certain products based on electrospinning technology. However, current electrospinning processes including both needle- and needleless electrospinning can not satisfy the requirements from customers, due to many disadvantages such as solution clogging, liquid dropping or sputtering, End effect, low productivity, solvent evaporation, low electric field strength and high voltage applied, etc. In this presentation, investigations on principles, methods and novel spinnerets of massive electrospinning processes are introduced, incorporating with stepwise coupling technology of electric field and fluid field. Additionally, nanofiber products based on electrospun technology are also reported, including their applications in Li+ battery separator, air filtration, waterproof & breathable membrane, TENG, flexible piezoelectric sensor, wound dressing and desalination, etc.
