Title: High-quality Development of Medical Service Systems Driven by Digital Intelligence

Abstract:

The transition toward high-quality medical service systems driven by digital intelligence is facing significant challenges in practical application. A key focus is the digitalization of a "Trinity" medical service system, which integrates electronic medical records, intelligent services, and intelligent management. This system aims to leverage comprehensive AI technologies and tools to process vast amounts of medical data, ultimately optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.
However, several bottlenecks hinder the successful implementation of these systems. First, there is a lack of adequate policy guidance and safeguard mechanisms for cross-regional collaborative governance, which complicates coordination between different levels of healthcare institutions. Second, the challenges faced by various medical institutions differ greatly, with rural and county-level hospitals particularly struggling with resource limitations. Lastly, insufficient standardization of data and practices impedes the seamless integration of digital systems across regions.
The research agenda for overcoming these challenges includes five key directions:
Cross-regional data management and governance: Focus on improving internal management and governance structures to facilitate data sharing and collaborative decision-making.
Intelligent Perception of Basic Medical Service Gaps: Address service gaps at the county-level medical communities through AI-driven gap analysis.
Regional Medical Resource Coordination: Use intelligent systems to enhance collaboration and resource allocation within urban medical groups.
High-End Transformation in Public Hospitals: Focus on the evolving needs of high-level public hospitals, supporting their transition to advanced technology and service environments.
Policy Suggestions: Develop policies that encourage the construction of a stratified, cross-regional medical service system, optimizing layout and improving service quality.
This research underscores the importance of both technological and policy advancements to realize a more efficient and equitable healthcare system driven by digital intelligence.
