Title: Introduction to Positive Psychology
Abstract:
Positive psychology is a new field of psychological research, which is different from traditional psychology in that it mainly focuses on negative and pathological psychology. Positive uses the relatively perfect and effective experimental methods and measurement means that psychology has already had, to view normal human nature, to pay attention to human virtues, strengths and other qualities, to study people's positive emotional experience, positive cognitive process, positive personality characteristics, as well as creativity and talent training, etc., and has become a of thought in psychology. The concept of positive psychology can be summarized as: positive psychology is a shift from focusing on human illness and weakness to focusing on human excellent qualities and it has three levels of meaning: positive subjective experience, positive psychological characteristics, and positive psychological qualities.
Biography:
Liangmei Chen, Chief Physician, member of Xi'an Scientific Research Project Review Expert Database, Senior Science and Technology Project Manager. She graduated from West China Medical University in June 1999 and obtained a master's degree in clinical psychology from the Fourth Military Medical University. In Xi'an Mental Health Center, she has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of mental illness for 23 years and has accumulated rich clinical experience. She has published dozens of core papers and SCI papers, and won the third prize of "The 17th Xi'an Natural Science Excellent Academic Paper"; Participated in the compilation of several "Mental Health Science" books; Translated the classic American psychology textbook "Abnormal Psychology", which has been published by CITIC Group. Invited reviewer for international English research papers; Editorial board member of the journal "Clinical Neuroscience Research".
She has participated in a number of domestic and international clinical studies, and participated in many provincial and municipal scientific research projects. She has applied for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and provincial, municipal and academy-level scientific research projects for many times.
