Title: Development of Soft computational Simulators for Geoinformatics Research Supporting AI
Abstract:
Depending on soft simulators in Geoinformatics is an important topic due to the simplicity and low cost comparing with manual or computer calculations. Soft simulators present an easy way to calculate, solve and illustrate the problems. When using AI (Artificial intelligence) to support the simulators makes it intelligent and efficient. In remote sensing classification using AI problem can be simulated by developing an application that can adopt any AI classification algorithm for example: FFANN. In case of contouring problem one can develop an application that can make the contouring calculations and display the final 2D and 3D colored contour map in addition to DEM (Digital Elevation Model). Traversing problem can be simulated be developing an application that can carryout the calculation in addition to display the final adjusted traverse. in case of aerial mission planning for photogrammetry one can develop an application that can carryout the planning calculations in addition to produce the final mission map containing the flight lines and exposure stations coordinates. A sample project for each previous field is introduced to proof the dependability and reliability of each simulator.
