Title: Investigation on the Colossal Permittivity Materials with Experimental and the First-principle Caculations
Abstract:
Materials with colossal permittivity (CP > 10^3) have garnered significant attention from researchers for their impressive potential in microelectronic devices and high-energy storage capacitors. In this current work, a series of colossal permittivity materials are synthesized. Meanwhile, the physical mechanism of colossal permittivity behaviors is revealed based on experimental and first-principle caculations. The current results will promote investigation on preparation of high-performance dielectric ceramics.
