Title: Gene mutation and structure controls for healthy proteins and smart medicines
Abstract:
Lucid consciousness is the key for human beings to conduct good decision-making, which is supported by well-trained/educated man’s neuron network with strong neurites supported by healthy neurite proteins. To analyze and control gene mutations for heathy protein evolving or for efficiently developing smart medicines such as vaccines and antibody drugs to cure Alzheimer’s disease and different cancels, we present our recent study concerning gene mutation rate estimation and gene structure evolving prediction by developing mutual information and Ewens sampling based convolutional neural network (CNN) and machine learning algorithms. More precisely, we develop a systematic methodology through constructing a CNN, which helps to develop codon-based machine learning algorithms for the study of protein production with target gene sequences and protein structures. The core of the CNN and machine learning approach is to optimally coordinate the consistency between the given input DNA sequences and the given (or optimally computed) target ones through controlling their intermediate gene mutation rates. In the meanwhile, our system and algorithms can be adaptively evolving with environment in order to train suitable neural network structures and synaptic weights. To illustrate the usage of our study, we also conduct a real-world data implementation.
