Title: Computational Intelligence and Software Engineering for Smart and Resilient Supply Chains

Abstract:

In an era of global volatility and exponential technological advancement, supply chains are undergoing profound change enabled by breakthroughs in computational intelligence and software engineering. This keynote examines how cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and big data analytics, are being architected and deployed as intelligent systems across complex supply chain networks. In particular, it investigates how AI-driven decision-making, real-time data pipelines, and predictive modeling are fundamentally reshaping supply chain management. Special attention is given to the software engineering challenges underpinning these deployments and the design of intelligent systems that support robust and accountable supply chain decisions. The talk also discusses key engineering and design principles for building adaptive, intelligent, and future-ready supply chain systems in an increasingly complex and data-driven world.
