Title: Modeling tetra-hybrid nanofluid transport under magnetic field in a porous channel with nonlinear radiative heat and catalytic surface effects

Abstract:

This study explores the catalytic behavior of a tetra-hybrid nanofluid as it flows through a porous channel under the effect of a magnetic field. Heat transfer is modeled using a quadratic thermal radiative heat flux, while mass transfer is studied by incorporating both surface-catalyzed and homogeneous–heterogeneous reactions. The tetra-hybrid nanofluid consists of silicon carbide (SiC), titanium carbide (TiC), titanium oxide (TiO₂), and copper oxide (CuO) dispersed in a water (H₂O) base fluid. The governing equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations (ODEs) and solved numerically using the bvp4c method. The findings show that increasing the surface-catalyzed reaction parameter boosts the concentration distribution, while higher nanoparticle volume fractions lead to an enhanced heat transfer rate in the flow.
