Title: Leveraging the Geospatial Artificial Intelligence for Revolutionizing the Lifetime Value of Business
Abstract:
Geospatial Artificial Intelligence (GeoAI), fundamentally as the integration of geospatial area and AI, has become one of the fastest-developing research directions in spatial data science and geography, including management of customer lifetime value (CLV). This rapid change in the field, specifically in Geospatial Business calls for a deeper understanding of the recent developments and envision where the GeoAI is going in the leveraging the near future of business. In this work, we provide a review analysis of the CLV especially on issues related to them. Then, discussion of the current landscape of GeoAI will start with by selecting representative early work of spatial CLV including spatialization process and method as related to hypermatket business. The case of Hypermarket Business in Seberang Perai Tengah, Penang will be the location of the study, fresh food produce as references and RFM model as the model for this study. Finally, several unique future research directions of GeoAI will be highlighted based on current and ethics challenges. This discussion also review of GeoAI’s present and future and enlighten the next generation of GeoAI research that will revolutionizing the lifetime value of business.

Biography:
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR DR. ABDUL MANAF BOHARI is a Senior Lecturer of Information System Management of College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He received a Bachelor of Social Science from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur; Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Selangor; and PhD in Geographical Information Systems at University Science Malaysia, Penang. He is noted as a resilient and innovative researcher, a prolific writer and an experienced educator with passion for sports, traveling and voluntary social work. Overall, he has extensive experience as an academic with UUM for 25 years.
Currently, DR. ABDUL MANAF BOHARI was appointed as Adjunct Associate Professor at Asia E-University (Malaysia) (2022-2027) and Apel Q Assessors of the AeU (20232025). He also appointed as Internal Auditor for Universiti Utara Malaysia (2023-2024) and also used as subject expert matter (resources person) for the subject of Management & Strategy and Information System (AeU and Northern Border University, King Saudi Arabia). DR. ABDUL MANAF BOHARI previously held an administrative position as Chaiperson of Innovation-Collaboration of CUIC of UUM (2015-2016); and Head of Department (BBA), School of Business Management (2018) (UUM). He was previously appointed as Research Fellow at the NCER UUM Research Center (20142017) and Senior Fellow at IPDM UUM (2018-2023). In addition, he also works as fellow for E-Community Research Center (UKM) (2007-2008) and Fellowship of ITU-UUM ISP CoE (2012-2013). To date, he was scored 3.9/4.0 (MLQ) Leadership Report Card from AKEPT of Higher Ministry of Malaysia. Most recently, he was appointed as a publishing fellow at UUM Press for a period of 2 years (2025-2026) whose role is to improve the achievement of publishing KPIs at Universiti Utara Malaysia.
