Title: AI-token economy vs. RWAs-tokenization for quantum computing as a service with AGI-based policy computation

Abstract:

To coordinate different resources such as energy with (quantum) computing power as a unified body to support the online decision-making and pricing for AI-token-based digital economy, we consider our developed quantum-cloud computing platform as real-world assets (RWAs) with tokenization through qubits and quantum processing units (QPUs). These qubits and QPUs can be considered as digital currencies such as digital RMB in centralized network situations and stable digital coins such as USDC/USDT in decentralized blockchain cases. The integration between digital RMB and international-recognized decentralized digital currencies with sovereignty blockchains for security will be addressed. More precisely, we establish a unified artificial general intelligence (AGI) business model within our platform with quantum encode-decode transformer. Multiple utility functions are introduced for resources/RWAs to conduct high-dimensional AGI-based generative smart resource scheduling policy computing via intelligent online pricing, trading, and payment. Data analysis and performance comparisons for trained optimal and equilibrium policies will be given, which are supported by simulations.
