Title: Vibration and noise reduction technology based on thin and lightweight metamaterials
Abstract:
This report focuses on the demand for low-frequency broadband vibration reduction and noise reduction in equipment, with a particular emphasis on the research progress made by the group in recent years in the areas of sound insulation, sound absorption, vibration absorption, vibration isolation, and flow noise reduction technologies based on lightweight thin layer metamaterials. In terms of sound insulation, the report will introduce the theoretical system construction of lightweight thin-walled metamaterials and methods for improving sound insulation performance, as well as explore the application of related achievements in transportation vehicles such as rail vehicles and automobiles. In terms of sound absorption, the focus is on introducing broadband sound absorption efficiency design methods and the construction of thin-layer sound absorption metamaterial systems, and introducing the application of related work in the construction of new generation anechoic chambers and equipment cabin noise control. In terms of vibration absorption and isolation, the report will introduce the design method and energy regulation mechanism of lightweight and small vibration absorption and isolation metamaterials, and introduce the application of related achievements in underwater equipment FS devices, oil cylinders and other power subsystems, as well as shipborne settings. In terms of flow noise reduction, this report introduces the design and analysis methods of thin-layer noise reduction lining, and explores its application in pipeline noise suppression.
