Title: Micro-Nano Photoacoustic Sensors
Abstract:
The technology of micro-nano photoacoustic sensors relies on the photoacoustic effect at the micro-nano scale. It captures weak acoustic waves through precisely designed micro-nano sensitive structures and matches phase demodulation technology to achieve high-fidelity analysis and accurate detection of the physical quantities to be measured. It has obvious advantages: high sensitivity, making detection more "sensitive"; miniaturization, based on micro-nano preparation technology, the sensitive structure can be easily integrated into various small devices, reflecting "small size"; fast response capability, the speed of sound propagation and signal conversion at the micro-nano scale is extremely fast, which can feedback detection results in real time and adapt to more dynamic monitoring scenarios. With these characteristics of "sensitivity, small size and fast response", the project team has carried out research on the application of micro-nano photoacoustic sensors in the power field. This paper will briefly introduce the key technologies such as the sensing mechanism based on the coupling effect of micro-nano structures and photoacoustic effect, micro-nano preparation technology, and extraction and identification of weak signals.
