Title: The Outbreak Date of Ebola Could be Predicted by 3-D Standard Curve

Abstract:

Aim: To predicted Ebola outbreak date by 3-D Standard Curve.
Method: Divided into four key steps: 1. Data collection: find out 13 outbreak date of Smallpox E60, SARS-CoV-2 D614, SARS-CoV-2 D614G, SARS-CoV-2 Delta, SARS-CoV-2 Omicron, Monkeypox E60, Monkeypox D1381, Marburg P240, Ebola T240, Chikungunya L780, Chikungunya P320, Dengue I794 and Dengue C180, calculate the outbreak date interval (z) of each virus strain with reference strain SARS-CoV-2 D614; 2. Sequence analysis: detect the antigen amino acid sequence of virus and identify the "superantigens" within it; 3. Parameter quantification: Calculate the antigen precision increment (x) and the amount of tryptophan (W) contained in the superantigen (y); 4. Modeling validation: Establish the relationship equation, subtract the parameter of Ebola L558 in the 3-D standard curve z=13.622x^2-109.026x-69.429y+230.669.
Result: The expected Ebola L558 would be outbreak on December 14, 2025, just 5 months different from the real outbreak date of May 15, 2026. The super antigen Ebola L558 contains 1 tryptophan (W), has high possibility of intercontinental epidemic.
Conclusion: The outbreak date of Ebola could be predicted by 3-D standard curve.
